Writing a poem

Learning objective : Students will be able to write their own

poems.

Explanation :

 A poem is totally based on rhyming words.

 Rhyming words are the key element of a poem.

 A poem will not sound good if there are no rhyming

words.

 Once suitable rhyming words are found for a particular

topic, sentences can be framed by keeping the rhyming
words at the end of each line.

 Using the rhyming words from the web chart we can
write a poem on our own.

FRUITS

Mango, banana, watermelon, grapes and apple are so

tasty,

They together make a bowl fruity.

Oh! they look so colourful,

And a bowl of fruit is very flavourful.

The watermelons are very juicy,
