Nutrition in Ruminants
Cud–chewing animals or animals that brings back food from its stomach and chews it
again in their mouth are known as Ruminants.
These animals can digest cellulose with the help of bacteria present in their digestive
systems. Examples-Some grass–eating animals like cow, deer, goat and sheep etc. are
called ruminants.
The stomach in ruminants is divided into four chambers
