               pulses and benefits of eating nuts.


                     Food is an important part of our life. But it becomes more beneficial
                       when we add pulses and nuts to it.
                     Pulses are the edible seeds which is a part of a healthy balanced

                       diet. Examples- beans, peas, lentils, etc.
                      Nuts are fruits with hard cover or shell, which are very healthy when
                       eaten raw. Examples- almonds, cashew, walnuts, etc.


               Learning outcome: Children learnt about the nutrients they get from
               pulses and benefits of eating nuts.
