My 'What If' Poem
Learning objective: The students will be able to use the structure of „what
if‟ in their writing.
1. Can you imagine
“What if it rains ice cream today?
I would taste all the flavours in a day.”
2. My what if poem …. This poem is an imaginary poem that may not
happen in real life. It speaks about a situation that can be imagined only in
our dreams. So, it is written as My what if poem…
3. Example:
What if there is no night at all?
I would play the whole day.
