• identify different settings in a story.
• describe different settings.
Explanation:
✓ What is a story setting?
• Location
• Time period
• Environment
Location: The place of a setting can be a real location or a fantasy made up
location.
Time period: The time of a setting can be the past, present, or future.
Environment: The environment of a story creates interest and pleasure for the
reader of a story.
Activity Time: Teacher shows few images of different settings.
Children will choose any two from it and describe them.
They will come forward of the class and describe them. (Things to remember:
No adjective will get repeated)
