Comprehend and identify words having ‘wh’ sound.
● Read words having ‘wh’ sound.
● Communicate verbally using parts of speech.

● Able to frame and write meaningful sentences.
Discussion:
● Show some pictures of ‘wh’ sound words and say its name.
● When two consonants come together they make one sound.
● When ‘w’ and ‘h’ come together they make the sound ‘wh’.
● There are some words which we can blend.
● Sound and action of ‘wh’ sound words.
● Count the number of sounds with the help of phoneme
fingers.
● Arm building/blending.
