LEARNING OBJECTIVE- To know different safety rules that we follow on

a road.

DISCUSSION-

● Sing rhymes on traffic lights.
● Obeying traffic rules keeps us safe.

● The traffic light has three colours red says stop, yellow says wait and
green says go.
● Traffic police help us to follow the traffic rules and control the

traffic.
● Safety rules we should follow on the road.

● Always walk to the left side on the road.
● Always walk on the pavement.
● Try to cross at the zebra crossings.

● Look to the left, then right and again to
the left side of the road before

crossing it.
● Always wear a seat belt while driving.
● Use the helmet while driving a two-

wheeler.
● We should not talk over the phone while

driving.
● Don’t take out your hands or head out
from a moving vehicle.
