               SUB-TOPIC- Direction of the sun





               LEARNING OBJECTIVE- To be able to understand about how the day and night

               happens and about the direction that is east, west, north and south.






               DISCUSSION-

                   ●  We are experiencing day and night because of the sun.
                   ●  Due to the rotation of Earth the places where the sunlight reaches
                       experience day and the dark parts experience night.

                   ●  The sun rises from the east and sets in the west.
                   ●  Behind east is the west, left side is north and right side is south.

                   ●  When the sun is exactly above our head it is noon.
                   ●  Activity- Sharing with the students from where the sunrises and sunsets.
