LEARNING OBJECTIVE- To know about the different homes of water animals.

DISCUSSION-

 Jellyfish live in deep ocean water and also on the surface of water. It can

stay both in very hot and cold water.
 Octopus stays on the ocean floor and hides themselves in the coral reefs.
 Whales also live in the ocean. They are mammals and they spend their

entire life in water.
 Starfish live in coral reefs under the water and are also found in sandy sea

beds.
 Dolphins are found in salty water as well as in freshwater, but are also
mainly found in deep water.

 Crocodiles are mostly found in freshwater like in rivers and lakes but some
live in salty water also.

 Fish mostly live under the water.
 Turtles live most of the time in the ocean but female turtles come to the
land to lay eggs.
