                 SUB TOPIC- Concept of one more





                 LEARNING OBJECTIVE-  To  be able to  compare the number with one more
                 object.





                 DISCUSSION-


                      To add one more object to a given set of objects to understand the
                        concept of 1 more.

                      Objects/flash cards with numbers written on it are shown to
                        understand what is one more.


                      Resources are to be used to compare the number and when 1 more is
                        added what will be the number.

                      Activity- Draw pictures to represent one more, count and write the
                        number.

                 REVISION QUESTIONS (Oral)- Children will be asked questions to say and
                 identify numbers.

                        1.  You kept 5 pairs of dress in your cupboard then mama gave you one

                           more pair to keep. How many pair of dresses did you keep?
                        2.  What will be the number if you add 1 more to the number 5?
                        3.  If you ate two cupcakes and ask for 1 more? How many did you eat?

                        4.  Take 5 pencils and add 1 more to it, say what is the number?
