               TOPIC-Numbers

               SUBTOPIC-Numbers 1 to 10


               LEARNING OBJECTIVE-Students are able to demonstrate

               knowledge of number counting from 1 to 10.

               DISCUSSION-

                   •  Students are asked to sing the rhyme” one little two little”.
                   •  Students are then puzzled to see if they have remembered the

                       sequence of numbers.
                   •  The teacher counts 1 then 3 then 4 then 2 till student
                       intervenes.

                   •  A tub full of water is placed on the ground and pebbles are

                       placed on the table.
                   •  Students are instructed to pick the said numbers of pebbles

                       and throw them into the tub filled with water.


               REVISION QUESTIONS (ORAL)- Ask the students questions like


                   •  Can you count properly from number 1 to 10?

                   •  Do you remember the sequence of numbers?
                   •  What comes after number 3?

                   •  What comes after number 6?
