Unauthorized cutting of trees and killing of wild animals should be stopped.

In case of authorized cutting of trees, new saplings should be planted in deforested

The natural habitat of animals and birds should be preserved as protected areas.

Government has established three types of protected areas such as wild life sanctuary,
               National park and biosphere reserve.

Wild life sanctuary: Protected areas meant for protection of animals and birds in their
natural habitat. It provides protection and suitable living conditions for animals and

National parks : Protected and relatively large areas meant for protection of forest,
wild animals and birds, places of scenic beauty and historical monuments present in
that area . Killing and capturing of animals, cutting of trees is prohibited by law.

Biosphere reserves: Very large protected areas meant for conservation of forest, wild
animals and birds, culture and traditional life style of tribal and local people living in that
