               LEARNING OBJECTIVES

                   1.  Students will learn to recognise and differentiate between phrases and clauses
                   2.  Students will be able to identify and correct sentence errors
                   3.  Students will be able to form grammatically correct sentences in proper syntax.
                   4.  The clear concepts on different types of Phrases and Clauses will also help them to express
                       their views and thoughts profoundly and clearly.
                   5.  Newly learnt words will enrich their vocabulary and thereby help them to understand the
                       underlying meaning in the context.
                   6.  The children will be able to generate meaningful and logical sentences.
                   7.  This added knowledge in grammar especially the different ways Phrases and Clauses can
                       be used will strengthen their oratory skills
                   8.  The apt use of Phrases will also help them express themselves more fluently and critically
                       making it a joy and privilege for their listeners.
