Multiple: A multiple is a number you say when you "count by" a number, or use
skip-counting.

Factor x Factor = Product.

Example1:

20 is the multiple of 5 and 4 here.

Factors and multiples are different things.

But they both involve multiplication:

Factors are what we can multiply to get the number

Multiples are what we get after multiplying the factors.

The product obtained on multiplying two or more whole numbers is called a multiple of
that number or the numbers being multiplied.’

All the numbers are multiples of 1.

There is no end to multiples of any number. The first ten multiples of the numbers
starting from 1 to 10 are given here.
