               Growth rate of GDP-

               During 80-90:

                     China was having double digit growth rate
                     Pakistan’s growth rate was 6.3%
                     India was at the bottom.

               During 2011-15

                     Fall in China’s growth
                     Pakistan also faced drastic decline
                     India recorded an increase.

               Sectoral contribution

               Agriculture, Industry, Service sector

                        China, India, Pakistan



                     Only 10% is the agricultural area
                     Till 1990 more than 80% people were dependent on agriculture
                     Govt discouraged and pursued to participate in other activities
                     China’s manufacturing and service sectors contributed the highest

                     In both India and Pakistan service sector emerges as major player.
